N2 Dry Curing Value Package

Our N2 Dry Curing Value Package provides a nitrogen supply and the necessary equipment for the dry curing process. The nitrogen atmosphere is the correct solution for cable materials which are sensitive to oxygen and moisture. Production is independent of steam availability and the costs of steam generation.

Are you ready for your customers' questions about your cables being cured in a moisture and oxygen free atmosphere?

Upgrade your line and cables to a higher dry curing level with our N2 Dry Curing Value Package

The N2 dry curing process expands the process alternatives of your Super Steam line. You can produce rubber cables in a dry atmosphere instead of wet steam, whenever you or your customer expects it.

What you get

Product quality is ensured with the N2 dry curing process. Versatility of the line is extended to include production of cables which require a dry curing atmosphere.

  • Cables can be cured without the presence of oxygen and moisture
  • For better quality and lower cost, steam can be replaced by nitrogen
  • Production mix can be further upgraded to include XLPE cable production
