The binder head of your MWB 1000, 1300 and TCA coiler is the most solicited component. Each coil will require up to 6 binding cycles. Precise mechanical adjustments and condition of the binder head are required to secure the strapping of the coils.

Exchange program solution

Maillefer Services have set up one binder head exchange program solution.

How it works

A binder head as spare part will be delivered for one or more of your MWB 1000 / 1300 coilers. When required you will replace the worn binder head by the spare one. This allows you to send us your binder head for reconditioning.

What is included

  • Avoid production disruption in case of binder head failure,

  • Binder head is reconditioned by the manufacturer,

  • No longer inventory issues for wearing and spare parts,

  • Overall cost reduction in maintenance and operation.

Act now!

The standard delivery time are: 8 weeks for the new binder head. 4 weeks for the binder head reconditioning. Maillefer Services will assist you in setting up the binder head reconditioning cycles.
