The PIL032-FT Enter is a line which is optimized for high-speed, reliable production of flat laterals with thin walls. Features are built-in to facilitate set-up and to recall proven configurations in order to maximize quality production.

  • Top insertion and drilling rates with minimal scrap
  • Excellent process repeatability requiring few operator adjustments
  • Precise product quality that meets market expectations with ease.

Full integration thanks to years of experience

The equipment is engineered to ensure a reliable operation over many years. The line has user friendly production features and is easy to operate. Size changes are quickly made assuring high equipment efficiency. The high output extruder is equipped with a Maillefer barrier screw with mixing extension and a barrel with unique feeding section. These features assure a stable and homogeneous output throughout the entire extruder speed range. The automatic dual coiler winds irrigation pipes onto cardboard spools at full speed. The Nomos® control system features proven tools to monitor the process and to manage machine settings.
