Model your product with neural network methods

Would you take better control of your fiber length?

Modeling compression technology allows line speed optimization and shrinkage minimization, and finally better productivity with improved product properties. In this trial, you can select one product to be modeled using neural network methods.

With high-speed, loose tube production, controlling excess fiber length is a technical challenge. Water friction and the high cooling rate of the plastic compound creates post shrinkage, limiting line speed and the final product quality. This trial describes the theoretical and real relationships between the process parameters and final product properties.

Modeling software showing the relations between excess fiber length and the process parameters like fiber tension, cooling water temperature and compression rate. Also the shrinkage properties will be modelled.

Modeling work.
