Our Curing Calculation Program NSS generates optimized production parameters for all our continuous cable vulcanizing processes, Super Steam Curing, Nitrogen Dry Curing and traditional steam curing.
For each cable type, the user enters cable construction data including materials and possible process limitations like max. tube pressure or max. allowed cable surface temperature. He can also select, which of the available curing processes he wants to use. Program then calculates a production recipe for optimal running parameters, both for ramps and for constant production.
NSS is specially designed for Super Steam-, Steam- and Dry Curing processes for all Rubber cables and even for XLPE cables. Any cable material parameters can be loaded in program’s material library to achieve most accurate calculating.
Program runs in Windows environment and delivery includes user guide and software which is built with customer's line parameters.
