Our Curing Calculation Program NCC can be used to generate production parameters for our continuous vulcanizing process CDCC.
For each cable type, the user enters cable construction data and process limitations. The program then calculates a production recipe, including optimal run parameters both for ramps and for constant production. By using the calculated information in line control, optimal production conditions are achieved rapidly. The program checks all input values before calculation and creates a report, which in addition to the calculation results, includes the entered parameters. The NCC program is designed for dry cure calculation. The cooling method can be chosen between gas and water.
The delivery includes software and a user guide. The program runs in a Windows environment.
Degassing module
The calculation program includes a degassing module which helps in finding the optimum degassing solution and time. The module provides consultation for designing a degassing facility. It also provides a degassing time calculation extension to the NCC curing calculation and simulation program, when applicable. The degassing module includes an information package on degassing and how to handle it, recommendations for degassing room arrangements and equipment specifications for optimum degassing time to optimize delivery times and to allocate floor space for operation, one (1) know-how transfer day at Maillefer for max four (4) people, two (2) on-site consultation days within a year from the know-how transfer day, a know-how transfer module documentation package in English for max four (4) persons.
