Our Cooling Calculation Program NCL simulates cable cooling for a given cable construction in a certain line at selected line speed in order to find the optimum parameters for high quality cable production. It can be used to define the optimum cooling trough design by simulating the cable portfolio against cooling limitations. The software makes optimizing of your cooling process possible. The calculation modes are given line speed, average temperature on the reel, maximum temperature on the reel and maximum extrusion capability.
